Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga is a rich, traditional yoga practice that links breath and movement to help practitioners cultivate a sense of balance, ease, and peace in the body and the mind. A strong emphasis on alignment and hands-on adjustments makes the practice incredibly therapeutic.
Now is the time to begin or build your practice. One of the central teachings of yoga is to continually bring our attention to the present moment. This is the moment that you can do something about. The body you have in this moment is the body you can heal; the body you had in the past is no longer with you and the body you will have in the future will be informed by what you choose to do right now. Don’t wait until things (your body, your mood, your family, your job, your pets, your house, your inbox…) are in order.
